A Strategic Addition to the Portfolio

We recently closed on two Midwest retail acquisitions that reflect exactly how we like to operate: focused, selective and grounded in fundamentals. One of those properties is Baxter Village in Baxter, MN: a center we’re excited about and a strong representation of our broader strategy.

Baxter Village sits along a high-traffic corridor and is supported by a mix of everyday-use tenants that drive consistent foot traffic and resilient demand. Service-based businesses, practical retail and lease structures that support steady cash flow are core to how we think about long-term performance, and this asset checks those boxes.

These acquisitions reinforce our approach: stay disciplined on basis, prioritize durability over flash and scale in markets where demand is proven and execution matters. It’s not about chasing trends but doing the work and repeating what performs.
